A flat trip fare is based on driving distance and vehicle class. Trips over 100 miles use the published per-mile rate. Hourly service has a three-hour minimum.
Fuel and standard wait time are included. Gratuity is optional.
Provide your flight details so dispatch can coordinate pickup. Airport arrivals include 30 minutes of domestic wait time or 60 minutes for international arrivals.

24 hours or more: no charge. From 6 to under 24 hours: 50%. Under 6 hours or a no-show: full fare. Specialty bookings may have separately agreed terms.
